Give Back This Holiday Season with Community Action's Toy & Hygiene Drive

The holidays are a time for family, warmth, and gratitude. For many families across Lincoln and Lancaster County, they can also be a time of tight budgets. This year, LincOne Federal Credit Union invites you to share holiday spirit through donating to Community Action's Holiday Toy & Hygiene Drive.

Every unwrapped toy and hygiene item you donate will be delivered to Community Action, so local children and families can start the season with something to smile about.

Where to Drop Off Your Donation

Drop-off locations are open now through Thursday, December 3, 2026. Bring your donations to any of these locations:

What to Donate

Toys and hygiene essentials are both needed. Here are a few ideas:

Toys: Soft play infant toys, play mats, walkers and bouncers, baby dolls, LEGO sets and building blocks, ride-on toys, action figures, musical instruments, art and craft kits, Playdoh, educational and STEM toys, and fidget toys. Gift cards in the $15 to $20 range are also welcome.

Hygiene: Diapers (sizes 4, 5, and 6), baby wipes, toilet paper, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, body wash, period products, laundry detergent, deodorant, and cleaning supplies such as wet wipes, glass cleaner, floor cleaner, dish soap, and all-purpose spray.

Why It Matters

Hygiene items are often overlooked in holiday giving, but they are very useful items that a family can receive. A new toothbrush, a box of diapers, or a bottle of laundry detergent can make an everyday difference. Toys bring joy that goes beyond the holiday morning, helping kids feel seen and celebrated.

Giving back is part of who we are at LincOne. As a credit union, we exist to serve the community we call home, and this drive is one way we put that commitment into action.

Join Us

Take a few minutes this week to pick up an item or two on your next trip to the store and drop it off at a location near you. Every donation counts, and together we can make this a season of care for our neighbors.

Thank you for giving back with us.
